The flavour of the tomato-garlic liquid spice marinade is determined by dried tomatoes and garlic. This combination is perfect for poultry and lamb, but it is also an ideal choice for marinating all other types of meat. Our marinade also contains pepper, coriander and parsley for a delicious taste.

Marinating meat has a long tradition. Marinated meat has a juicier, softer and spicier taste. It is best to marinate fresh meat, as frozen and thawed meat typically releases too much liquid. The slices for marinating should be neither too thin nor too thick. Depending on the type of meat, marinating can last from 2 hours to 1 day. Marinate poultry meat in less time than pork or beef.
How to use
It can be used immediately after opening, there is no need to add oil to the meat. Coat all sides of the prepared meat with the spice marinade and let it rest for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavour. You can also make shashlik using the marinade, marinate the shredded meat as described on the package, then put it on skewers and roast it on the grill or in the oven. Don't salt the meat anymore!
