The ribs are a mixture of selected spices for fried pork ribs. The sweet paprika, which emphasizes the colour, is complemented by white onion and garlic, which highlight the flavour of the meat. Spicy chilli, black pepper and rosemary provide a more powerful, expressive flavour.
The spice mixture for roasted ribs does not contain added artificial flavour enhancers, preservatives or colouring agents.

Ribs are a very popular dish in Hungarian cuisine, as it is easy to prepare. It is most often baked in a pan, but these days grilled sides are also becoming more and more popular. If baking in a baking tray, cover with foil so that the meat does not dry out and remains juicy.
How to use
Our spice mix is excellent for pan, oven or grilled ribs. In addition to pork, try it with the most special lamb or veal.
