Our spice mixture for poultry lends the food an extremely delicious taste and aroma. The high paprika content gives a nice colour; and green herbs such as fragrant rosemary, basil and thyme give a distinctive and characterful, highly aromatic flavour to various poultry dishes.
The spice mixture for poultry and rabbit meat does not contain added artificial flavour enhancers, preservatives or colouring agents.

Rosemary, which forms the basis of the mixture, with its strong pine-like scent and the camphor notes of thyme, gives the poultry a distinctive and delicious taste. Rosemary and thyme work particularly well together, and even with other herbs, e.g. they are also very pleased with marjoram and oregano. By adding garlic and salt, we get a spice mixture that works great.
How to use
Our spice mixture is excellent for chicken, duck or turkey. Season poultry pâtés and fillings with it. Also suitable for seasoning rabbit meat.
